NKP would have to sue to recoup lost investment - They would have to sue G and an in turn they would have to sue DMR. If G is broke - this is going to be a long hard process.

NKP should be in a trading halt on Monday to discuss the rescinding of the 250m shares issued to G - as this is a material market impact.

NKP, G & DMR must also be revisiting its legal advice at present as they thought this was pretty much stitched up.

G must now work out how to proceed with Z, and pretty fast I must admit as their cash and assets are fast being consumed
