If you cancel the 20 shares then the holding of each shareholder moves from 40 percent to 50 percent in relative terms, right?
Assuming the Z stake is 43 percent as Merleneck calculated, what is the percentage of this holding if 250m shares issued to G will be cancelled? Definately greater, same as the holding of minority shareholders.
