I see no benefit in a halt.
Tubatse is not priced in at all.
So if you bought or sold under any cloud of what they may do pertaining to it, is like chasing a few flies of the elephants back.
nkp value is about 1 thing - garatau
and the market has lost patience and sold nkp down below intrinsic asset value because of the never ending circus if genorah.
the re-rating will occur nothing to do with tubatse. It is the removal of the clowns.
a trading halt is only warranted if there is a change that has a material effect on the shares.
i have had a gut full of trading halts and suspensions that are over storms in tea cups. Trading halts suspensions destroy confidence. Eg I won't buy this stock if my trading capital is locked out for 6 months.
if you can justify the length of our last suspensions I'd love to hear it. When there was no material change to effect the pricing of the shares
Any benefit if g share reduction only comes to play when the market takes the takeover as inevitable when z take out g
