Move along to the next pressing item on the agenda - Garatau.

The judgement clearly stated that the farms will be reverted back to the DMR. Therefore as far as Genorah is concerned they have temporarily lost the farms and will appeal to have them reinstated. This can obviously go on for a very long time.
Waste of time trying to sue them or the DMR for that fact. Maybe the DMR will finally apportion the farms to each party on a 50:50% basis or try to have the parties reach a settlement but either way this is not going to happen anytime soon.
