    I have seen a few on HC say the judge has reserved his decision on Derby, 3 questions...

    1. Where did you see or hear this?
    2. Why has OBL not informed the market of this, if its correct?
    3. How long can the judge keep his reserved judgement? 1,2,3,10 years?????

    These questions should be addressed by Management, not some little *issie holder like myself.

    You see the problem here??? OBL lack of communication with it's shareholders unless they want money.
