    Ok, I've spoken to various people in various departments. It seems we should have some level of hope. Basically everything is in flux and subject to industry consultation. It's safer to err on the side of the existing policy but it's likely those details will change as there is some uncertainty at the ministerial level where O&G has been mentioned and department level where it's not part of it.
    I'm much happier now, odds are somewhat better.
