I believe they are all interlinked and OBL/Backreef have been involved as well. OBL have been submitting documents in this matter since the 25/10/12 as listed on comcourts. It is now adjourned until the 7/11/13.

Just my view OBL was hoping it was going to be sorted via this case brought against the WA Gov saving money on legals. They are both still listed as open status. Just thought with SIOPIS on the bench this morning for a directions hearing may have given his finding in WAD80/2013, thus resolving WAD6099/1998.

Doesn't look like it at this point unless we hear something from HQ. Just my opinion, but looks like we will be waiting a bit longer.

I will try and email next week to see if they can clarify whats going on.
