Get off Management's Case. I have personally attended the EGM whic provided a chance to get some feedback. These Guys are working. They actually do the legals and the leg work themselves, they do not have a million consultants, big offices etc. In fact is the very thing that I like about this hands on. When the time comes they will be able to react knowing all the facts to the benefit of all.

Cudeco1 - I can not believe that people keep making such claims and statements when clearly they use this forum as their only means of information, read the announcement first please. I for one use this forum for very little by way of decision making information, but I have met some great people through this forum.
