I don't think there is a delay as per the link on another thread. The link refers to an Order dated 20 October. These are not the final orders, just leave to file an amended statement of claim. As for the judgement, confusion on all sides. There is recognition and reference to the fact that CHM contributed to the initial acquisition price and the percentage that they contributed. How you get from that % to an express idea of value is the confusing part. CHM did not receive a contructive trust over the asset but some sort of 'account of profits' in relation to working capital and/or future profit/income. If it sounds confusing, it is. I don't grasp it myself and that is why there have been no announcements. The Judgement is 300+ pages. On another issue there is recognition and reference to the fact that Grimaldi received and then sold 10m MMX shares that should have rested in the hands of CHM.
