The only wake-up call this will be for AGS is should they appeal if we were to lose the M&DC case.

In the long run, AGS having to pay the costs of the recent appeal could be money well spent. Or, it could be throwing more money out the window. Time will tell, but I know one thing is for certain, I'm not in any hurry to slit my wrists over us needing to pay for the recent appeal.

It would be nice to know how much we will be up for in this case though. We can guess as much as we like, but none of us will have any idea until we get the next financials I guess.
