Correct me if l'm wrong but the Koh and Evans case never went to court it was settled out of court so no judge rule in favour of either party. Evans and Koh Settled for only 2.8% of what they wanted and CHM guys are saying its some great victory, I'd love to buy a house off one of you guys if you would be happy to accpet 2.8% of the original asking price. l beleive MMX said the Koh and Evans settlement is different from the main CHM case coming up.
