    Tend to agree with you BA. Doesn't anyone think it is strange that both judgements will be handed down at the same time, also considering there has not been a trial yet for the M&D conduct case.

    Only judgement I can see is all cases have been cancelled. Takeover by the end of the week. Reason for extension given to Q concerning ML acceptance.
