The judgment in Ben Roberts Smith defamation action against various news organisations for alleging he's a war criminal who beats women is to be delivered today. To me having this adjudicated on by a solitary judge doesn't seem adequate, but that's the process. Evidence finished late last year and we're now in June, so you'd have to think the judgment is a lengthy one. Verdict to be handed down after 2PM.
