The SMH are claiming a win on at least part of the claim, with the judge finding that Roberts Smith murdered unarmed civilians. It would be quite an extraordinary finding if the judge ruled that despite being a murderer the media have damaged Roberts Smith reputation on other grounds, so he's entitled to damages. Still, anything could happen.
