The Fink's decision is academic really in my view. The terms of any agreement will be set by the parties involved. It won't involve shares back but cents in the dollar at an agreed date.
The only relevance of the SP in my opinion is what it will be once any agreed settlement is actually paid, and how much it will cost to buy back in, but that could still be months off even if agreement occurs Oct 15.
