The deal was underwritten by Jarden.Neilson had 126 million Platinum shares as at October 1, according to a substantial shareholder notice filed with the ASX.The rest of her stake would be placed into escrow for 90 days, the term sheet said.Jarden’s equities desk was calling for bids by Thursday night.
