Re: Platform they're on Salesforce finance cloud with nCino looks like, which is modern but you need like a good 3 years post launch to really embed CRM etc and get from implementation mode to value add and have the internal business maturity on platform even in a greenfields implementation tbh.
So (speculation) they should be at or close to a point where they're comfortable with core features and functionality and can start driving operational gains and system uplift. If they resource that team appropriately!
