They have a few hundred employees, ~1B MC and like ~9B Loans so a little bit beyond startup phase to be fair.
IMO they're going pretty much ok and the market is just selling down because it can get sufficient exposure to the finance sector and dividends elsewhere (like the big 4) and just rebuy later once macro sentiment is better.
JDO needs to just keep on doing stuff and get to the point of being able to chuck out even a crappy little divi like a 'real' bank
