Good on you Hustler. See if you can get FAR to drop a transcript or video of Mamadou Faye presentation at the MSGBC oil conference in Dakar. The new code has not been released yet but he talked about the exploitation bid process and what it means for current licence holders at the conference. The article I posted was subsequent to the conference where he said current licences were for exploration only.
