they cant take legal action against you if you dont own them at that stage. otherwise everyone who traded it would be liable to pay the $1. and that would mean they would be getting back more money than orginally planned as the more hands they go through the more supposed liable people. if they dump after divi then they should be fine. but anyway its $2 all up required. not $1
