It will be a double top if we have another meltdown like in January.
Saber is just messing with some people's minds on BWN as he wants cheap BWN shares and options for him/herself. This is just saber's style which I had the pleasure of viewing on BDG (first s/he ramped it up and later s/he ramped it down (justifiably). Saber was in love with SBM but the romance has soured there so he is looking for other conquests and king coal is in his/her sights.
I just ignore what saber says. Its so predictable.
