But the matter has to get into the 'court of public opinion'.
I've only been a casual observer, from a distance, and IMO there has been much effort exerted in keeping the issue under wraps.
Even the union Royal Commission was very careful how it dealt with it.
It is not in the interest of the political class for this to see the light of day
