Up here in sunny Queensland, because of a long serving Labor "government", who appointed a lot of their labor lawyer and leftist mates to the judiciary, we get some absolutely horrendous "decisions" coming from our courts.
A recent "one punch" decision up here is a prime example.
The current Attorney General, is having a blue with the judiciary at present. apparently, the lefties don't like being told what to do by a conservative Attorney.
Watch this space up here. I'll bet London to a brick, that the Newman government will introduce some legislation to make Judges/Magistrates more accountable for their behaviours.
There's a few up here that need to go out to pasture.
