4BC Wednesday a woman phone-in about an email survey participating questionaire a few days ago
This woman was asked age answered that asked about voting intentions answered Liberal got a thank-you Survey ended
Some hours later some thoughts kept nagging her
She kept thinking about the email how it ended abruptly without any real survey questions other than voting and age
So she went back to the email found it and re-did the questions
Her instincts told her to answered that she voted Labor this time
And voila more questions showed up on the page she answered those questions and was told she would get $50 fee and refreshments for attending the event
She declined attending as her nagging about the first email abruptness was now satisfied
Day later she heard about the Gillard peoples forum event and put 2+2 together and guessed it was this event she had declined
She phoned 4BC Garry Hargreaves as she now felt the email survey was was about setting up a stacked event
For what purpose?
Was the purpose to have the subsequent flashy newspaper headline of Gillard super success to "convince" the public that "others" were now changing their minds and now happy with Gillard?
What sort of scam have these "surveys" and "events" become
Can't trust the events Can't trust the headlines Can't trust this government
