Is it a crime to fraudulently win an election?

The case is strong IMO that they had not even legitimately won the right to negotiate with the greens and independents in the first instance.

No mandate for the tax and no legitimacy to hold office IMO.

A new election is a must and the chapter that is now the Labor mess of the past four years needs to be closed with a real government.

Bring in the next leader and sack Rudd quick, bye bye Julia and have an election please ... don't care if Libs loose here (as much as I'd prefer them) ... we just deserve better than Bob, Julia and the indies.

Give this country a legitimate government please!
