She said she hasn't change her mind about believing in ETS, which apparently she told Rudd to drop, which lead to his assignation.Not sure which Julia that was,but both her minds are contradictory .

She told us she wanted off shore detention centers just before election at East Timor. At the same time was building security fence around army base in North Queensland for detainees.As reported by Cairn Post reporter.

That's not changing your mind, that's lying and being deceitful.
