1. Her whole US visit was a non-event in the US. The House was filled with students and staff for her address, to make it look full.
2. Most Americans did not even know she was in the country. I have lots of friends there, and that is what I was told.
The whole thing was for our consumption, not theirs.
If we go ahead with the carbon tax, not only will it have no effect except to put prices up and export jobs, but few in the world will even know about it. We're a legend in our own lunchtime, as far as influeinceing the world goes.
