Victoria granted a hold on spending stimulus monies and allowed to use the money for other state school programs.
Green loans was ditched.
Wayne dropped his foreign ownership laws that were driving city dwelling prices up ... after first home buyers spent months and months competing with them.
Rudd dumped the ETS on Julia's and Wayne's advice ... then Julia says no carbon price ... then Julia says let's have a carbon price.
