In Question Time Julie likes to ask Rudd a question, to let Rudd enjoy the stage in front of Gillard, who sits there with a fixed smile? grimace? on her head while Rudd performs and basks in his own glory.
Interestingly Rudd always seems prepared for Julie's "question without notice" hehe funny that :)
And try and catch a glimps of Bishop's face when Rudd is in full swing, she really enjoys the show :)
