I agree with your comment as I have been in the witness box in similar circumstances.
However my memory was assisted when I was shown documentation that was created at the time. Sometimes all we need is something visible to help us.
There are lots of documentation in existence in this case.
The Carmen Lawrence defence won't assist anyone in this matter
