Dave - I think you're right - it will all come out after the election when labor start their blame game (they are good at that) and Tony initiates the judicial enquiry using a real independant judge. That whole process will be a pleasure to watch - yeldub - to ease your concerns - thats when the charges will get laid.
Julia will probably be very tied up managing her personal affairs over the next couple of years!
