    Hi Hairyback, yes I have seen/read that.

    However I have had enough (in my opinion) experience in legal matters, one going all the way to the High Court, not to get excited about this type of thing. I have only been involved in losing cases in the WA Mining Warden's Court, having had the benefit of excellent advice from lawyers who were not of the ambulance chasing variety

    What interests me is;

    Who will be charged, who will be called to give evidence, what evidence will be led.

    No matter what happens, if a current Federal Court Judge and a former Prime Minister are called to give evidence, amongst other things it will not be a good look for those two individuals.
