So after all the blustering about climate and the mining tax, it has all come to nothing. I never wavered from my view that anything as short-sighted as the mining tax in its original Swan/Henry form, was little more than a display of just how ignorant of real world business these two are. But just as Rudd sings along smiling after having been unceremoniously buried, then Swan and Henry will act as though nothing has happened. These guys are as thick as planks.
