It would be another debate if voting informal was not caring of doing so as a protest. Same with the idea of compulsory voting, some may not care while others just don't like either option.
Years ago I was charged with choosing an new employee and having interviewed the best two I concluded that I was not happy with either. I wanted to call for more applicants but was told no and choose between the two, I refused to do so.
Does that mean I don't care or show that I do care?
