If he votes against one coalition policy I will be very surprised.
If toes the line on coalition policy he is member of the coalition I say.

kattor is likely to go with coalition so that gets us to 74
oakeshott, windsor, wilkie, bandt will go with labor

no pairing
so if plibersek has a month off or rudd is overseas that will bring the numbers to 74-74
the speaker has the casting vote so I suppose most labor bills will get through, if not all.
