It’s not tied to virgin but last time I spoke to Meir he did mention that they’re still waiting on Virgin or something along those lines.
Even though it’s looking highly unlikely for enough funding to be announced there’s still a slim chance. If that’s the case I wouldn’t expect it to be announced until last minute. SAS have a habit of leaving things to the last minute and causing delays.
