For what Rabbitoh?

This morning I listened to an interview with Scott Morrison (opposition for immigration).

He projected that if the current government gets re-elected, then at the current rate, we will have 100,000 people coming by boat in the next term (if the current government is re-elected). If we think that figure is ridiculous, then if someone would have told us that over 40,000 would have come this term, we wouldn't have believed that.

Also, he state that the current government had budgeted for 1,100 boat people per month. At the moment, we are averaging over 2,000 per month.

Didn't our PM go to Indonesia to discuss this very issue? What came of this meeting? The silence is deafening. They don't want to stop these people.
