It's a billion dollar plant..you don't just put it on the back of a truck and move it. The plant incorporates IP that allows Lynas to efficiently extract product and Employ thousands of Malaysians. The plant was funded through multiple cap raisings by shareholders time and time and time again. If there was an ounce of competency in the Malaysian legal system, they would have thrown out this case, rather than give it a day in court. The whole premise of these legal proceedings disgusts me.
