I have been pretty critical of Naos to now, But on this one I think they are fine. Off the top of my head I think their own compliance was something like Directors can not buy for 7 days leading into their monthly report and with in 14 days leading into annual reports and within 24 hours after.
So that is actually quite reasonable. If you look at the recent director purchase it was the day after the annual report.
