Yeah they would have to, they couldn't drop a bombshell at the conference and not update the market first. Nothing says they can't do it the morning of though
I'm prepared to give them some time to stockpile some inventory and get the best price they can. I have held long enough, not as long as some @Challenger3153, that a little longer won't hurt... especially when I walk out of here with a house
