About the Hearing in July,
"We will have a further update after July so sit tight for now, there is nothing to be done whilst the tribunal deliberates before the hearings"
So what is the difference between "tribunal deliberation" and "hearing". From the above, I interpret that by the hearing stage (early July), the conclusion is already drawn, else, what do you do during the deliberation?
Maybe time between Jul Sept is required to formally conclude the case.
