Hey Pottermore, it doesn't matter if the discussions in these threads is correct or not. All I know is FAR will have there say next month in Paris. The fact that they even managed to get to this point means they have a coins' toss, or maybe as little as the roll of the dice chance for a successful outcome.
With an award to COP, the JV will be finalised and FAR will be no worse off then thet are now. To be honest, I feel a loss wouldn't be that bad as at least we'd have some certainty. If FAR win, then anything could happen. The upside potenial is huge.
I can't stop thinking about what would happen if COP win, and the impact it would have on future JV's/contacts. If they have done the wrong thing by the JOA/contract, the arbitrators just can't afford to let them get away with it.
Oh and btw, I'm starting to feel like it is COP who is rolling the dice, not FAR.
Either way, bring it on!
