If he has a successful iron chelator, proven to be better than current marketed iron chelators (being that there are only 2), as it attracts the targeted excess iron, thus preventing it from accumulating and preventing neuron destruction, he doesnt and wouldnt have to approach BP or the mid tiers, as they will be coming to him.

And if it was a flunk, what benefit would it prove going past this point ?. If the mid point open study doesnt show some reasonably good results, there wont be any coming back and everyone will be in a loss as there would be a mass sell off.

All in my opinion though, when you start questioning about this stock, go back and read through the study results, look at other possible hidden news written about ATH434 in a google search, i feel you might get alittle of your confidence back.
