Gaz, I wrote that post from memory so checked and the common significant PBT2 effect they saw in Reach2HD and the Imagine AD ph2 was the Trail making part B, not atrophy. That is a measure of executive function. The reduction in brain volume loss in Imagine AD was just a trend as measured by hippocampal volume.2.6/4% treated/placebo. Sure PBT2 is a different chelator to ATH434, but they both attract a range of metals.
