0.4 cents seem too harsh as that would literally be a 50% discount on the current moving average. I'd say 0.6 or 0.5c on the lower end if CR becomes the reality. But who bloody knows. The last CR at 1.1c, when it was trading at 1.5c, was undersubscribed, so that's going to be a huge concern for the next round. Let's hope a possible govt grant keeps SRN's books above water if not anything else. It's likely still out there in the application/consideration process.
