I don't even think they bother looking raise capital here after years going to loyal holders support company. In return Vlad just want convert his debt to equity and low share price. In my view Vlad should of just deferred debt to equity that would of been right thing to considering SRN management telling shareholders that market isn't pricing inn true value in past 6 months.
