If they do strike a JV with the Saudis then, at minimum, they will need to raise their 25% of the funding.
I can’t answer your question since there are too many unknowns.
If they sign a JV with the Saudis, then the sp should be way north of its current price, so one would assume that any cap raise would be way higher than current levels.
Don’t you think that the directors, in particular Vlad, would like to see a decent appreciation in the sp prior to a cap raise?
