Page 31 of the Presentation:
"TNG is currently offering early stage investment opportunity
Investment for DFS and TIVAN Commercialization prior to
development
Investment available in either Project, TIVAN process, or TNG entity."

Please note that "TNG is currently offering early stage investment opportunity" for:

a) DFS and Tivan Commercialization prior to development

b) Project ( like Mount Peake Project, Hardy etc) or

c) Tivan Process or

d) TNG entity

So the cornerstone investment (CI) by Hyundai could be on the Mount Peake (MP) project only or on the TNG company.

As I mentioned in my one other post, if the CI is on the MP project only, then a valuation of the MP stand-alone project would need to be made. In which case the project might be hived off to a new separate entity to be listed on the ASE. And all holders of TNG would be given shares in the MP Company.

Whatever form the CI may or may not take, we just have to wait a few weeks to get the answer.
