I think TAH have demerger on their minds. Why would they divest a 16% holding in Jumbo to simply prop up their bottom line. People over on TAH's threads are wondering what will happen to their SP, or indeed their shares if demerger goes ahead. And they don't like BET. The SP question is valid. I mean their betting arm generated a tad over 2Billion, what % is that on their total revenue? How will they split the shares? All of this will have an impact on BET if we continue on the path we have been. It's all very murky, meanwhile their shares are upward, and ours are down. Would be best, I think, if BET were to withdraw the offer, and concentrate on the US. Delusions of grandeur don't help us at all.
