So weird. My understanding was there was 3 separate trials taking place.
1) Whetstone (Plaintiff) -vs- Yowie (Defendant) for breach of contract.
2) Yowie (Plantiff) -vs- Whetstone (Defendant) for the counter-claim.
3) Whetstone not returning Yowie's wrapping machine and has held it for this long due to the replivin court process thingy and this hearing is being heard shortly.
Is your understanding the same as mine, as to what is going on in the court world?
